It is easy to renew your Railcard and you can renew your Railcard up to one month in advance of its expiry date.

There's no need to fill out the full application form (PDF format - 501kb), just write your Railcard number in the "Renewals" box, notify us of any address changes then sign your form and send it in to us at:

For telephone renewals please allow five working days* for your Railcard to reach you and for postal renewals please allow ten working days. We reserve the right to ask you for current evidence of your entitlement to a Railcard – should this happen, your renewal may take longer to process.
 

* Please note, all Railcards are sent by Second Class with Royal Mail. Second Class mail aims to deliver by the third working day after posting, including Saturday.
