Travel Assistance

Rail services are now far more accessible than they were in the past and many customers with disabilities are able to use the rail network without assistance.

We will always do our best to help customers that need assistance, so if you need help when travelling by train click the link below to make a booking. Some train companies may ask for up to 24 hours’ notice.

You can also book assistance by contacting the train company that you will be travelling with. Train company contact details can be found on the National Rail website.

Here you can also update your details and report a Railcard lost/stolen.

Don't forget you must have your Railcard with you when buying tickets and travelling.
