New Era for Railcard Service

This week sees a major change to the Disabled Persons Railcard with a new service established for the issuing and renewal of cards.

We've moved! From 3rd November customers will be able to contact the Disabled Persons Railcard team from 7am in the morning through to 10pm at night every day of the year except for Christmas Day. This means Disabled Railcard holders can now contact us in the evenings and at weekends.

You can still renew your Railcard on this website 24 hours a day seven days a week, or call us on 0845 605 0525 to renew or make enquiries.

Customers who have written to us at our old address need not worry, all mail is being redirected to our new home.
