London Turn Up & Go Trial

London Turn Up & Go Trial

Train companies in London are trialling a Turn Up & Go service at 36 stations.

Train companies know that more disabled people would like to be able to travel spontaneously, so they're running a six month trial at 36 stations in London to understand if a formalised Turn Up & Go service can be offered to passengers with disabilities.

At this stage, journeys can only be made between a limited number of stations where there is level access to the platforms and where staff are available whenever services are running.

We have produced a handy map to show the stations taking part in the trial - download it here [PDF format, 540KB].

Passengers can still book assistance at these stations if they prefer, but the Turn Up & Go trial network should help passengers to have slightly more choice about how and when they make their journeys over the coming months.

For further information pick up a Turn Up & Go leaflet from any participating National Rail station or download it here [PDF format, 723KB].
