Stagetext provide captioning and live subtitling in theatres and cultural venues to give deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people access to live arts events.

Established since 2000 Stagetext offer:

Theatre captions - similar to television subtitles. The actors’ words appear on a screen placed next to the stage or in the set, at the same time as they are spoken or sung.

Live subtitles - used in museums, galleries and other cultural venues for talks, tours and lectures. The speakers’ words are projected openly, or displayed using handheld tablets.
