Southeastern launch a Priority Seating Card

Southeastern launch a Priority Seating Card

The cards are free for anyone who cannot stand safely on-board.

Priority Seating cards have been designed to help passengers who require a priority seat, some of which may have a need that is not visible, to do so more discreetly and without the need to explain.

The cards are free for anyone who cannot stand safely on-board. Disabled people, those with medical conditions or passengers over 65, can show their card to others and discretely ask if they can give up their seat. Parents with a child under three can also apply for the card.

Southeastern has worked closely with other companies to ensure the Priority Seating Cards are also valid on Southern, Gatwick Express, Great Northern and Thameslink services.

To apply for your card, download the application form here or contact Southeastern’s Customer Services on 0845 000 2222
